Darren Cleveland had been my Salesperson at Crossroads Appliance, and I followed him to Albert Lee. I believe him to be Honest, Forthright and Conscientious. I can only speak for myself, but Darren has never tried to up sell or have me purchase something that I did not need or want.

It is a pleasure to work with him and I will continue to have Darren supply all of the Appliances that I may need.

Darren has been very helpful and knowledgable in all of our transactions with him. He responds quickly to questions and always follows up in a timely manner. He definitely knows his products.

I cannot say enough about Killian's amazing customer service! He has gone to great lengths to ensure that our appliance purchases and installations have met our needs - even when we needed to scramble to change cook top models during our kitchen remodel!

I recently moved into Bellevue Towers and decided I needed a new laundry set. Having bought my last Maytag set 17 years earlier, I was lost with the overwhelming selection of new machines. I wandered into Albert Lee Appliance thinking I would try to get a basic idea of what I wanted. Lindsey took the time to find out what I needed and then show me various brands with various features until I settled on two that I liked. After comparing these sets, I chose an Electrolux front loading pair. I had also heard about the warehouse sale and planned on buying the set there, but my work schedule got in the way. I went to Albert Lee the week before the sale and Lindsey suggested I simply come into the store the weekend of the sale and I would be given the sale price on whatever model I chose. I did, and got what I considered a very fair deal. Thanks to Lindsey, I not only found the perfect laundry set for me but I felt informed and confident about my purchase.



Lindsey also helped coordinate the delivery and set up with me and Bellevue Towers, which worked out perfectly. The delivery team, Jacob and Dustin, were a little early for the delivery, called me to let me know they had arrived and then delivered and set up the machines in an efficient and professional manner. Jacob took the time to tell me about the basic featues of my new appliances and spent a fair amount of time making sure the set was perfectly level. The whole experience was painless and refreshing.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and courteous. My new oven works wonderfully. My only little complaint is that the installers tracked mud into the house, but it was easy to clean up.

When a misunderstanding on 1/8/2013 took place with the appliance delivery man about the removal of my KitchenAid refrig/freezer to make room for my new Subzero, Brad immediately stepped in (it was Lindsey Miguelena's, our salesperson, day off) to save the day since the painters were arriving on 1/9 and the old refrig/freezer had to be out on 1/8 as previously arranged. He contacted John Case, the dispatcher who thankfully arranged for the wonderful team of Brandon and Christian, Truck #20 to come after their shift was over to remove my old appliance.



I greatly appreciate Brad's thoughtfulness and the way he handled my problem. I am also appreciative of John Case who arranged for the terrific team of Brandon and Christian to come to my aid. Without their help my kitchen remodel with Kitchen Plus would have had to be put on hold as there was no way to work around the old refrig/freezer.

Smiley provided us with exceptional customer service, that is so hard to come by these days... not only did he help us select the right appliances for our home but when we ran into issues with GE inventory of the dishwasher we ordered he went above and beyond and help us negotiate a free upgrade for our dishwasher so we wouldn't miss our installation date or pay extra for an upgrade. We are definitely coming back to Smiley when we do our kitchen remodel next year.

I was very impressed with the knowledge the salesperson (Jake Dickey) had about the different machines and how well he was able to match my needs with the machines he had. The KitchenAid seems to be a very good match. Used it for the first time this morning and was shocked at how quiet it was. Thank you for the wonderful service.
