The service was good, but the office assured me that I was in network and tried rushing me into the doctor. I pushed back and asked to verify, to which they said that they do work with my insurance. I put my trust in them and went in for two sessions. Later on they sent me a bill for several hundred dollars. and specified they are not in my network.thank you for this response a month later. I will never come back due to this.To all, please check with your provider first before going here. don't take the All Star office assistant's word for it.

I went to All Star Chiropractic for a lower back adjustment due to sciatica. Dr. Schwartz's back adjustments help relieve the pain, but on my third visit, he performed a "surprise attack" on my neck. Without warning and without permission from me, after adjusting my lower back, he grabbed my head and cracked my neck to one side and then the other side. Moments later, I had excruciating pain in my neck -- which had been fine up until then. The pain in my neck persisted for 3 days.I feel it was unprofessional to attack my neck (1) when I had no neck problem, (2) when I had not requested treatment for my neck, and (3) when he didn't even warm up the muscles first, just performed a sudden crack, which resulted in much pain.I cannot recommend this chiropractor.
