I'm normally very wary about who I call to service my house, but a friend of mine had had work done by Alpha and recommended them to me, so I gave them a shot.And wow, am I glad I did! I have never had such an easy and flawless experience. The heating in my house stopped working suddenly one day, and as anyone in the Seattle region around winter knows, it was a painful experience. Not only that, but I was having family come visit from out of town and I not only needed the heating fixed, but I needed it fixed FAST. Luckily Alpha (and specifically a man named Hani) where very nice and understanding and came out quickly and got everything fixed right up. The nice technician even explained what the problem was and why it needed fixing and what fixing it entailed.In short, I can't recommend these guys enough! Do yourselves a favor and call them, you won't regret it.

Our HO Insurance sent this company & tech to trouble shoot our furnice. Th tech discovered the problem quickly & called it in. Then he offered to clean out our system at a discount since he was here. Upon completion of the cleaning, he discovered more damage that in the end would require a new system. We asked general questions & his response was pleasant. However once he provided a verbal quote on code upgrades it went south. My wife asked him 3 times, please fax us over a breakdown of cost. Hani the tech said, no I will just tell you the cost & you write it down. My wife politely asked again & Hani wouldnt comply. So I called & asked & once again was told just write down my info. We also inquired about permits & they didnt want to, since it was unit for unit. Well since it involved code upgrades, Yes you need to pull a permit. Upon me stating to Hani, we will find someone else since he wouldnt provide a documented quote, he called back 2 hrs later wanting to provide it since he wanted the money to start. We simply said no thank you. The tech who happened to be the owner was misleading & trying to put in a unit of less quality than was exisitng. Wanted to break the law with no permits & didnt want to write down the code upgrades. Extremely dishonest & rude. STAY AWAY
