Management treats their employees so poorly. You seldom see any workers lasting longer than 12 months due to a toxic work culture. No chance at having a business relationship when they are constantly scurrying away. Japan HQ needs to rectify the management problem at Atago USA to keep existing/recurring clients happy.

The honey refractometer is well-built and precise. I look forward to years of problem-free use. Atago customer service through the purchasing process was delightful.

The pH meter and Salt Meter are simple to use and maintain.
Compact size is great when space is limited.

This pH meter is fabulous! Super simple to calibrate and returns reliable, consistently accurate readings. I'm making shelf stable salsas, and monitoring pH shift between initial uncooked product, and final result is critical. This meter has made my recipe re-configurations absolutely flawless! I bought a pocket refractometer PAL-1 for measuring the tomato and watermelon. It's so easy to use and also accurate. I used a manual one before. The customer service is also very nice, especially the marketing representative Stephanie. Thanks again.

I've made three purchases for analytical tools over the last five years and have always been satisfied with the quality and condition of their equipment.

When you look up the definition of "Great Customer Service" in the dictionary, you'll find Miyuki's and Rina's pictures there!

If it weren't for the customer service, I would not be doing future business with ATAGO if I could help it. I ordered a refractometer, and FIVE days later I was notified that they were out of stock and that the lead time was 2-3 weeks. After waiting, the product shipped, but another FIVE days later no package. I contacted the facility and the package was lost by UPS--not ATAGO's fault--but now it's going to be another 2-3 weeks to get one in stock... This is a warning to anyone on a time crunch! Some products are made to order and therefore never in stock. Plan ahead!! Upon figuring out the package was lost, customer service has been so helpful. There's not much they can do about the product I need, but are sending a counterpart demo in the meantime to see if that helps.

All the reviews are true, this an example of how all companies should be run. They called me on the phone to see if everything is OK! Can you believe that?
