There are so many things that this dealership has done which we believed were dishonest and deceiving. Our sales person was James, who happened to “forget” the exact numbers that we had agreed upon, once we got to the appointment to purchase the vehicle. My husband had finalized the price via phone, and then in a text. On the evening that we went to purchase the vehicle James showed us the final price it was more than two thousand over the agreed price on the phone. When we pointed out this issue, he said my husband misunderstood him. The text proved to be invaluable. James insisted he must have been confused. They then changed the final sale’s price, but not the monthly cost, which my husband explained was not mathematically possible.

This is just one example, there are several other examples I can share, but due to this forum I must limit the characters. Today we went to pick up plates (after they never notified us that they were available and again we had to be proactive about it) and we arrived and we were told we owe $590!

It seemed that the sales people did everything they could to modify numbers so that we would agree to the price, then tried two change things at the very end which seems beyond deceitful and such a disappointment. If you can avoid AutoNation, I would highly recommend it, at the very least avoid AutoNation Volvo.
