The company definitely has problem with management. They kept sending another patient’s (who has the same name but different birthday and address)to me, even after I talked to the billing dept twice. The third time they sent me the the collection. When I contacted them the third time, they answered they don’t know why the collection will have my information and ask me to contact collection myself. This is crazy. Not only leaking so much of patient private information but also has so rude in dealing with their own mistake.

I had a need to acquire an ultrasound on short notice before I left town. The office was able to schedule me the same day. I had to wait a while to have the scan done, but the staff were excellent and were very helpful in giving me everything I needed to go to any doctor of my choosing for the necessary follow up. I recommend this business.

I had my first mammogram done here; thanks to the staff and Dr. Jacobs for their incredible care! Although there was a finding Dr. Jacobs was able to biopsy it and it was benign thank God. I know it was BMI's thoroughness that found the tumor. I will be back every year.
