Terrible experience dropped off my collection and came back later and was told my coin collection was worth $25.00. I have single coins worth more than $100.00 each. And over 100 coins worth $25.00 each. Total rip off. I would not sell them anything.

I rarely write reviews if ever because most of my experiences are never terrible or amazing. Today was different. Christian was the person I interacted with today at Bellevue Rare Coins. He was amazing, professional, courteous, never made me feel rushed ( it took about 2 hours to sell all of my items), and he did business the right way. He provided me exactly the offer I was hoping for and made sure that it was correct and fair.

I had done business at their Lynnwood location and was very happy so I didn't think twice about going to the Bellevue location. I was very dissapointed. The staff was very unprofessional in appearance (the young men anyway) and attitude. I had lots of silver coins from my mother's estate and had been driving many miles before I got there. My 7 year old had to use the restroom and they would not let him (they sent us nextdoor to the Smoothy store - they treated us great!) When the staff person was helping me he would pick up an item and toss it down in a pile with no explanation. I had to keep asking him about what he was doing and he would just answer in very curt, short answers while he sniffled and snorted (I guess he had a cold). I took the offer given me but left there wondering if I got a fair deal. I felt very uncomfortable at Bellevue Rare Coins in Bellevue. I Will Never give them my business again or recommend them to anyone.

Had a great experience here. It was really busy but they had snacks and coffee and everyone was friendly. I was helped by Jason and he was honest and knowledgable. I had some gold to sell and had it appraised at a few places around here and he paid me the most.

This place is awesome! The people here are very professional & knowledgeable. My siblings & I inherited a coin collection that our dad left to us, and needed to get a detailed appraisal so that we can divvy up the collection as fairly as possible, between the 5 of us siblings. We brought the whole lot of coins in, and a young man named Chase Carpenter very patiently helped us put a value (and a sticker) on each & every coin, so that we could divide the collection evenly & fairly. He was very helpful & friendly, and quite knowledgeable. He's the best! Thank you for the Excellent customer service! We will definitely spread the word about this place! (PS: since this place is very busy, you will probably want to make an appointment, rather than just walk in.)

I am new to Seattle and was needing some extra cash. I kept hearing on the radio that Bellevue Rare Coins was the place to go. Took in some gold jewelry that I had gotten a quote on about 3 weeks prior in Florida at Cash for Gold store and Bellevue paid me 20% more and gold was a little less than before! They were exceptionally nice and when I asked about why they were separating it into different piles they explained it was different karat gold. I've been back to buy my mother a piece of jewelry and was treated with the same friendly attitudes and knowledge. Hands down this is the Place To SHop!!!!

Was recently here and was impressed. Nice store, friendly people, and they know their stuff. Got top dollar for my coins and sold some gold and was paid well for that too. Jason was very professional and I liked dealing with him. He takes time to look over all of your stuff and explain everything and you know your getting a good deal.

I recently just cleaned out my jewelry box and went to Bellevue Rare Coins to sell it. I was very pleased with the customer service. All of the staff that I talked to were very friendly and helpful. They took me step by step through the selling process and made me feel very comfortable with selling my jewelry. I have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends!
