The Bellevue School District administers various elementary, middle and high schools. The school district s schools enroll more than 16,500 students in kindergarten through grade 12. Its schools curricula include math, English, language arts, social studies and physical education. The Bellevue School District s schools also conduct classes in music, visual and theatre arts, and Chinese, French, Spanish, Japanese and German. It offers special education services and coordinates the English as a Second Language program. Additionally, the district s schools administer home schooling and gifted education programs for eligible students. Its schools maintain theaters and various playgrounds. The Bellevue School District offers an international baccalaureate diploma program through Interlake High School.
