.* I'm still waiting months later to get my referral fee of 10%. I've spent several hours emails and phone conversations trying to settle this

We moved here from Kauai in November (I know, stupid move, but it was for business) and our new home lacked blinds of any kind. We had a good experience with Window Trends on Kauai, they are a Hunter Douglas Gallery. So we visited the local Hunter Douglas Gallery in Bellevue at The Blind Alley.######My wife and I were favorably impressed with their showroom and salespeople and made an appointment to have one of their decorators give us an estimate in our home. Sarah was great, listened to us, showed us different blinds and shades, gave us new ideas and a decent price (but not the lowest bid we got).######We checked them out at BBB and saw a perfect record so we decided to buy from Blind Alley even though their price was a little higher. We did manage to negotiate them down 10% from their first bid.######Everything was installed in December as they promised, just before the snow (I really miss Kauai now). We both highly recommend them and their Hunter Douglas Gallery.
