We have had CDC for over 8 months now and they refuse to enforce our collection policy, costing homeowners thousands of dollars. They will tell you they work for the Board and not the homeowners. I actually received a letter from CDC that stated they will not answer any question I have unless it involves "flood or Blood". CDC also will have thousands of dollars in Office expenses tacked on to your associations bill. This homeowner and others are in the process of legal action against CDC for their non actions and homeowner discrimination.A bad company who is only after the money.
