I would never use this cab company. I called hours ahead of time to get picked up at 9:30am to get taken to the airport. 9:30 am came around and no one showed up so I called the dispatcher to see what was going on and she said that the driver was on his way. 9:45 am rolls around and still no driver so I call the dispatcher again and she tells me she is going to call the driver to see where he is at. She calls me back and says the driver had a flat tire and that he would be there in five minutes. By 10 am I can't wait any longer and have to drive myself to the airport. I had to have my car at the airport parking lot for TWO weeks and had to pay $316 dollars. I spoke with the general manager throughout the 2 weeks and when I got back and she was unwilling to help in anyway except to give me a useless free ride somewhere. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.
