Terrible. Well never go there again.

My daughter went in to get her nails and toes done before prom.

The french nail job on her toes was wonderful, but her hands were a different story. The white on the french nails was sloppy. It did not go from one side to the other, and the biggest part was the nails were jagged. The manicurist said she had to spend her time cutting down the cuticles so did not have time to finish up the rest. Does this make sense???? NO!!!! I never knew there was a time line on getting your nails done.

My daughter came out of Jennifers very upset & I went back in with her. They actually told me to come back another day and they would fix them. PROM was that night. They said NO they were to busy, we would have to come back another day. Only when I made a stink and everyone one in the place was staring at us and then told them to give us the money back did the manager then fix them. Then while the manager was fixing my daughter's nails the original manicurist spent the time glaring us down and she was working on another customer. Wonder how that customers nails turned out?
