I have been going to k & s automotive for the last 7 years. I have always been pleased with the work that has been done. In Dec. of 2014 I took an auto to have looked at. I had the valve cover gasket replaced and the front brakes done. Within that period of time I had an oil leak and there was a rattle on the drivers side. I took it to another repair shop. After the shop I took it to, I was told that the valve cover gasket had a nick in it which caused it to leak oil. As for the rattle under the car, it was due to a brake caliper that was loose that caused a steering lug to come loose. I was also shown that the oil pan plug was shredded. When k & s did the work, it cost $550.00 to have both repairs done.

At the shop I took it to, the repair ran me another $815.00 to have everything repaired. Too me, there is no excuse for such poor repair workmanship. I will never patronize this business again. I would recommend anyone from going there

K&S Automotive is definitely the best place! Not only do they give you a fair estimate, they really try to fix the problem, even if it occurs again, and work hard at it. They are really customer friendly and hard working individuals. A friend of mine recommended them to me because his truck is very high maintenance and after spending thousands and thousands at other places, he said that he has been a committed client of K&S because they are one of the only places that stands by their work. I needed a new radiator, fan clutch and a few belts on my BMW, they gave me the best estimate. Then, my brakes started squeaking and after a great first experience, I went back and once again, they were by far the best! I would recommend them to anyone!

THE BEST! Honest people and excellent work. I have a brand new Toyota 4runner & a F150 4wheel drive truck that won't ever see a dealership service dept. again. REAL people who care about helping you. Our neighbor recommended K&S to us and we have passed that recommendation along at least 25 more times. They've done everything from replacing a complete fuel line, to tuneups, to brake jobs on our vehicles and we would never go anywhere else. Michaels 'toyota and Evergreen Ford should be ashamed of themselves compared to the service K&S gives. You won't regret ever bringing your vehicle here, and you'll find yourself recommending them to everyone, just like we do. Our son's 19-20 yrs old friends get treated with respect here too. You are important to them and they let you know.

Great Prices, Great Service, Helpful, always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is good!

I have been taking my car(s) to K & S Automotive for years. Shawn (the owner) has always made sure that I understand what NEEDS to be done and what can wait. He never tries to charge me for unnessasary work. I've priced other shops and found K & S rates to be lower, plus the others wanted to charge me for additional work that really did not need to be done. The guys at K & S Automoitve are outstanding and always willing to go the extra mile! Highly recomend!!! If the problem is serious they get you in ASAP, if its not you may have to wait but its worth it!!! Plus they will also drop you off and pick you up while your car is being repaired. I LOVE these guys. Its the cleanest shop I've ever seen and I've never had a problem with my car coming back 'dirty or greasy'. They do all sorts of repairs, I've seen all sorts of cars and trucks (plus some motorcycles). K & S Automtovie is the BEST shop on the Eastside!!!!
