I travel far to receive the great medical care from this Urgent Care Center that seems like a hospital. In my recent visit, Dr. Susan Egaas, Social Worker Bill Kent LICSW, Nurse Allie, and other nurses/techs were nurturing and kind amidst my serious and traumatic experience that required medical attention. Bill Kent deserves a promotion for his top-notch patient care! Dr. Egaas has also done an amazing job helping treat my Crohn's disease in the past and always makes me feel as comfortable as possible! I appreciate that I was made to feel safe and worthy for mental health care. Initially, I was hesitant to be admitted for a mental health issue, but I was quickly reassured when these three clinicians went above and beyond to create a safe space for care and to help me leave feeling assuaged with additional resources for help. Thank you so much!! Your positive attitudes towards patients changes lives, so keep up the great work!
