My server was super friendly and knowledgeable and actually ended up picking my wife and my meal as we were looking for something different. We started with the Moo shoo tacos which were fantastic as it had a nice textured taco wrapper that was slightly crispy with pork belly and a salsa of some sorts. Then my wife had the King Salmon which came with a potato tomato ragu and this delicious sauce on the bottom that was super tasty. I had the Line caught albacore. It came with a chili aioli, cucumber relish and a bacon vinaigrette on top. The salty, spicy mix with the delicate fish paired really nice without over powering the seafood. We finished off our meal with a banana upside down cake with a rum Carmel sauce. Kaisho continues to impress and I am looking forward to the next time I am able to visit. Good for movie night and Date night.
