I have never been so disappointed in a business before in my life. Besides the fact that they did not understand what a French bustle was supposed to be and asked me how to bustle my wedding dress. They total botched my wedding dress. The hem is uneven, the tulle looks like it was "hemmed" cut by a 5 year old, because there are pieces of tulle hanging from strands. It's completely covered in little black strings all up inside of it as well as black marks from being dragged on the floor. There are many snags and random strings everywhere in the bodice. They broke the hanger it was hanging on which leads me to believe they were not as careful with the dress as they could be. After the 3 fittings I felt uneasy about all the work done and so I decided to take my dress to a different place to salvage what was left. Rather than working with me to come up with a new price, the owner demanded the full price and was physically forceful telling me to leave her store or pay the whole thing.

I brought in my coat to install linings and the lady that owns the store is very helpful and professional. She did an outstanding job. I have gone to several alterations in the past 30 years and I have not seen a better work than hers. I strongly recommend this alterations shop.

I went in to get my clothings hemmed and a dress to be taken in and the owner Warlita was very professional and knowledgable. She gave me her feedbacks which was different from what I had in mind with my dress but I was glad she did because she was right and my dress came out beautiful better than I expected. I will definitely be back.
