Provided by YP.comBuyer new year resolution for 2015 - do not buy a car here. I bought a car in September 2014, was told by the salesman, Simon Kim, that the car had been thoroughly inspected, was in perfect condition. Within 2 months over $2300 in repair work. Jason Vena the sales manager said they would reimburse for some of the repairs - over 2 months and can't even get a response to voicemails or emails. These guys are terrible and not trustworthy - apparently they spent all their money on a fancy show room and forgot to invest in training their people to have integrity, customer service skills and common courtesy. Save yourself time, energy and aggravation and buy your next car at an establishment that deserves your business.

Provided by YP.comI like this place. They do mistakes sometimes, but they fix it quickly. I would say from all dealerships in Bellevue, this is the best one, definitely if you like to drive Lexus. I always respected Japanese quality and attitude. I recommend this place!
