My experience

I have a Masters degree and I worked as a contractor at Overlake hospital. Out of the 3-5 hospitals I visited in my line of work over several years, Overlake was the most uptight, rude, and cold. Go somewhere else for care and work. For example, people are nicer and smarter at Evergreen hospital. There was a particular charge nurse who yelled at me in front of about 4 nursing staff. I had simply asked another nurse to help me send an envelope. This charge nurse even went so far as to call my boss etc. I do not deserve to be treated this way. As an employee, I don't call in "sick" for no reason, steal, abuse my body etc. Unlike this charge nurse, I exercise common sense with regards to health, common courtesy, and actually was the top performing employee in my position.
