We wetn and got 4 bids for our new sign project, Morup was the only one who quickly responded, with a site visit and drawings also a bid, the other 3 took 2 weeks to get out there, we chose Morup Signs, they did a wonderful job, we were very please and will continue to use them again.

I had a sign made by this company and when installed, realized it was sized wrong and had finish flaws. The owner of the company, Laura Gates, insisted that it was fine and refused to repair flawed letters or acknowledge that it was sized wrong. In trying to negotiate with her, she flew off the handle, wouldn't let me speak, and made claims about me that were categorically wrong, to the point I thought she is really "off her rocker" so to speak. She later claimed that I should have known the product "naturally" came with finish flaws, but I don't know how I would have known that when she never mentioned it to me nor showed me a sample of the product. This woman is crazy to the point she scares me, her employees are afraid of her, and I warn everyone to stay away at all costs.
