My husband and I have been using our new kitchen for two months now, and we’re thankful for all the hard work their team put into this project. When we started looking for someone to remodel our 40+ year-old kitchen, we considered a wide variety of options, including doing the whole thing ourselves. From the first time we met with our designer Mark, we knew we found the right company for our job! He took our ideas, threw in may of his own, and helped us create a functional, beautiful kitchen out of a dark, cramped room.



Our contractor Jim was fabulous as well! He was very patient with our questions and requests (and three dogs), and his attention to details made all the difference in the kitchen. Most importantly, we felt completely at ease leaving on our vacation and knowing that he’d finish up without our direct oversight.



Not only is our kitchen now more usable, but the project was completed so quickly and within budget. We get so many compliments on the room, and we’ve been recommending New Face Kitchen Systems to our friends.

We are VERY fortunate to have ’snagged’ our project manager, what a true craftsman he is. He came everyday when he said he would and worked very diligently and with perfection. We very much enjoyed getting to know him and thank him so very much for a job well done.

Everyone involved from New Face Kitchen Systems was very helpful and professional to our wants and needs throughout the process. Dennis provided great advice and a very clear conceptual design for our kitchen layout and new cabinets, Bill engineered the specs exactly so the build of the cabinets and installation in the field were spot on, Brandy was so much fun to work with as we selected our granite counter, and everyone in the office and gallery were always willing to assist us whenever we stopped by. Most of all, we had the good fortune to have Gordon as our project manager and installer.



Gordon led our kitchen remodeling project, which consisted of demolition, installation of new cabinets, granite countertops, decorative wood wrapped pillars, new plumbing fixtures, electrical and lighting modifications, natural gas and other mechanicals, refinished hardwood floors, and new appliances. From Day 1, he was punctual, communicative, and meticulous. In addition, he was creative and provided feedback to solve several unique challenges.



His attention to detail was most impressive. We believe as homeowners, we can be extremely “picky” and will notice the very slightest of variation. We found almost nothing that needed adjustment. He even pointed out things we hadn’t noticed. He also kept the job site and surrounding areas clean and orderly, allotting enough time at the end of each work day to sweep and organize for the next day. We experienced a very dust-free environment in the rest of the home.



Gordon was also excellent in overseeing the various subcontractors, through scheduling, collaboration, and looking out for our best interests.



We have been enjoying our kitchen now for several weeks, and wish to thank EVERYONE at New Face Kitchens for their contribution in making our kitchen project a success

I would like to thank you and your team for a great remodeling job! The work was extensive as it included the master bathroom, the kids’ bathroom, the laundry room and installing a new hardwood floor. But it was done in a timely manner and to our great satisfaction; it started in December 2009 and was finished by mid February 2010 as scheduled!



The project manager was very cooperative and very easy to work with; he paid attention to details and coordinated all aspects of the project. This company was very professional and did high quality work.



The tile work is beautiful. The tile setter worked meticulously for weeks on the brick pattern chosen for the master bathroom and even added on some details and finishes to make it look perfect. I told my friends: my favorite place in the house is the master bathroom because it looks like a spa! And when they saw it they agreed!



I’ll definitely recommend you to my friends and neighbors, as I told them you are a great company and gave me peace of mind when the job went smoothly. You can rely on this company’s good customer service.

We recently had a kitchen remodel completed by your company. This included a combination of new and refaced cabinets, granite countertops, tile backsplash and installation of all new appliances.



We had not embarked on a remodel before so this was a new experience for us. From the moment we met Kitchen Designer, Demetri Roubanis, we felt at ease. He fielded our questions with understanding and never made us feel like our inquires were unfounded. He was patient as we worked through the details of the contract and explained everything very well. As a result, we were thrilled that the total cost of the remodel did not exceed our expectations.



Our installer was Bob McNall and he was fantastic. Bob was on time every day and he was very courteous and pleasant to work with. In addition, he paid great attention to detail and delivered a very high quality of work. When hiccups in the process occurred (as would be expected for a project of this size) he would troubleshoot with us and always make sure to resolve the matter quickly to our satisfaction. He was great about suggesting options in such situations but he made it clear that the final decision was ours to make. He worked well with the subcontractors and made sure to update us each morning about what was coming up that day and in the next few days. Bob made sure to complete the job and not walk away leaving loose ends to clean up. We really appreciated this because we had heard from friends that their remodels were never done this way.



We are really enjoying our new kitchen and would gladly recommend New Face Kitchens to our friends and family.

I used Signature Cabinets/New Face Kitchens, Bellevue, WA for my kitchen remodel. They were expensive but I thought I would get great quality with that extra expense. I was highly disappointed with the entire job. They were messy, they made a lot of mistakes that I had to point out to them and then now only 2 years later, the paint is not holding up. They must use cheap paint because the paint is popping off of the wood. The paint did not adhere to the wood like paint should. You can lift it with your fingernail. This kitchen is falling apart in only 2 years of careful use. Now they are hiding behind their warranties instead of doing the right thing and fixing it. Please do not use Signature Cabinets/New Face Kitchens or you will be very sorry you did.
