i saw an advertisement on there website, i went there to buy a nissan altima, they gave me a quote and i said i need to check with my wife before taking a final decision, on reaching home and after discussing it with my wife i called them and said that i want to buy, the manager told me that the price has changed.. and the change was 3000$. from that moment onwards i kept on getting calls from different sales rep from beelevue nissan and everyone said that we wont change the price and will give you the car on the price we intially promised. i went there again and these guys again started negotiating with me and said sir we never said that we can make this deal happen for you.
this happened with a friend of mine as well. he called them after seeing an advertisement on there website, they confirmed the advertised price but once he reached there they back tracked and said there is an error on there website.
my suggestion : dont waste your time with these people, go to Magic Nissan Everett and see Ray

Provided by YP.comIt was a nice experience - Matthew is a really nice person and will be an exceptional sales person. He was still getting a handle on the pricing, but it is forgivable since since he is new. The financial person that helped with the final paperwork sales was a little odd and almost stilted in his discussion, but that part of the process only took a few minutes. Fastest I have ever bought a new car and if you are shopping for a Leaf then your dealership is the place to go.

Provided by YP.comIt was fine. Unfortunately I had to choose to replaced by transmission on my 2008 Rogue SL at a estimated cost of $4,500.00 or purchase a different vehicle. I was unable to drive the vehicle so my choice was another Nissan. I only had three payments left and was looking forward to no car payment for a while. I just put new tires on the vehicle ($1,100)and repaired the air conditioner ($750). So I just purchased an entry level Juke and will check out my options over the next year.

Although we came to look at the 370Z, specifically, he took us around and showed us all the models I might be interested in, like the Altima Coupe, because he listened to what I said I wanted in a car. He was friendly and considerate to the fact that I was a bit uncomfortable spending a lot on a car. But I think he also realized how impressed I was with the Z Roadster. Covertible. With all the Options. He helped me get a good price that probably made all involved happy. Thank You Kimethe, I love driving this car, and very glad we came in to look! It is a super sweet ride!!!

Provided by YP.comI am very happy with my experience moving from a Leaf 2011 to a Leaf 2013 through Eastside Nissan, both in prep and execution.
While in for a s/w upgrade on the 2011, I had spoken with Jimmy Kalie about the possibility of moving up to a 2013. I liked the overview he gave me, and our discussion of the Leaf world/experience, and that he said to just give him a call when/if I was ready to look more deeply into the possibility. About 3 weeks later, I did call; Jimmy and I set up an appointment, and my wife and I came in yesterday to talk. Jimmy and Jose described all the differences between the two models, the changes from 2011, and we discussed what would work best for me now. Then we went for a good test drive, both of us taking time at the wheel. Once back at the dealership, Jimmy was very good at (and patient when) describing and working the numbers. We were both happy with the deal that was offered and decided to take it. Because I wanted a red Leaf, and no other color, Jimmy had to call around; he found one, and determined that we could have it the next day. Hurrah! We went through Finance -- everything worked well there -- and made it back home in time for our late afternoon appointment. Today, Jose called us with a heads-up that the car was in and being prepped, and that he'd be over in the afternoon. He just left, after showing me all the differences between the '11 and the '13 Leaf, setting up my Bluetooth for me, removing my personal license frame from the '11, and in general, being an excellent interface for the car swap. All the people we worked with at Eastside Nissan were friendly and attentive; our experience was excellent and left us feeling confident that we had made a good and fair deal. (We've already told our friends on Facebook all about how happy we are.)

Provided by YP.comRandy and Jimmy were very friendly and professional. They were knowledgeable and worked with us very well to get us what we wanted. My only issue was the time it took to complete paperwork and drive off the lot. I was told 40 min and it took a couple of hours. We had planned around the 40 min so that we could do other things and get back to our kids at home, but had to alter our plans because it took so long.

Provided by YP.comWe came to the dealership looking to find out more about the Leaf and test drive one but not looking to buy or lease at this time. We were hoping to lease one near September when our son would need a car (his dads old one) for school.
Kimethe did a great job selling us on the Leaf car but we were still not going to purchase one until Nate took over and worked us a deal we couldn't say no to.

Provided by YP.comI found a great deal online and they had the car basically ready for me when I showed up. I loved the Juke and was glad to get rid of my old car before something else fell off or broke. They gave me a decent value for it as well and I couldnt be happier with everything!

Provided by YP.comTerrrible!!! Never buy a car from this dealership. The worst customer service ever!.. I have a 2006 Xterra that had a manufacturer's recall on a part. After numerous voice messages (week in and week out), I finally talked to the service manager in person. He told me that if I would have brought my car in to get it serviced (oil changed, etc.) then he would have helped me out.. otherwise he said take it up with Nissan of North America or another Dealership. I'm currently working with Nissan of Seattle.. Stadium Nissan. Be forewarned that these guys are crooks.. Do not do business with them. You will regret it.
The main problem is I missed the recall date by 5 days!! The service manager never returned my calls and by him not doing so I missed the required service. Now I'm out $500, plus he simply said I would have helped you if... you were a frequent customer. I BOUGHT THE CAR BRAND NEW from these crooks!!! Stay far away from this dealership. Go to any other Nissan dealership if you must purchase a Nissan.
