I contacted Eastside Watch repair recently about changing the battery in my Polar F6. The T31 Strap did not work either. They handeld my problem and told me the transmitter puts itself to sleep after long periods on non-use. I hooked it up and it came to life and he saved me the cost of a new transmitter. I highley reccommend this business
