I loved my experience at Overlake Chiropractic. The environment was warm and welcoming, and Dr. Sabo was very kind and knowledgeable. I had never been to a chiropractor before, and she helped me to feel comfortable.

I am so mad at myself for not looking at these reviews BEFORE coming here! Now it all makes sense that they sent my bill to collections after the insurance told me it got denied because they failed to file in a timely manner. Sabo appealed it and then the codes she billed got denied for whatever reason. Read my yelp review for details but long story short, instead of addressing the billing issues she replies publicly by personally attacking my character on yelp saying I acted like paparazzi so that is why her therapist no longer accepts new customers. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? First of all, I actually prefer to relax during my massages but being "friendly" I engage back just to be nice. If it is supposed to be so secretive then why did she spend all hour telling me about her client Russell Wilson who pays her to travel, how young athletes are too cheap to take care of their body etc. Like I said, if you don't talk about your clients then no one would be asking any questions. If you didn't disclose Russell takes care of you then how would I know who u work on? 2nd, doctors have a duty to keep conversations private when dealing with their clients. I see this office threatening lawsuits to other people posting bad reviews but apparently they aren't being too careful by posting my "so called" conversations. Sabo should have kept it professional and addressed the billing issue. Talk about what I did wrong here...not all that other fluff. Apparently, I am not the only person who she has had billing issues. Too bad I didn't read these before I went to her. Had I know she had one complaint with the state ALREADY...I would have stayed away! There are too many good offices out there to be going to an office like this. Whether you are right or wrong Dr. Sabo, realize that how you react and reply to customers is a direct reflection on your office. Please stick with your profession instead of expressing your "opinion" on me or any other client. If you have any questions on the validity of this review, message me.

After being treated personally and bringing in my wife during her pregnancy, I can honestly say that our visits are a highlight of our week. Since Dr. Sabo is so great with infants and even has a photo of herself with her youngest who was adjusted at only one hour old, we have now made it into a family affair. Our longest naps happen right after our office visits so I know it is making a huge difference in our lives. We can't thank her enough for her help and service
