We brought in an expensive leather Ralph Lauren jacket about a month ago to have the sleeves shortened. (8/26/2016) It was supposed to be done in two weeks. We called after two weeks: not ready yet. He needed two more weeks. Last Thursday we called again: the jacket would be ready today, 9/24/2016. The store would open at 9 AM. We went in at noon. Still not ready. He said he still had to put the jacket together again, but it would definitely be ready by 5 PM. We complained about the customer service: he should have called usia it wasn't ready as promised. He got angry and told us we could take it back if we didn't like it. Bottom line: he never started to work on the jacket. His wife added that this was a very difficult job and would take a long time to finish. Would it still be ready in a few hours? Of course not!
