Customer service was horrible and rude!



Called them up about getting my lawn mower services (oil change, blades sharpened, etc) and they said it would take about a day. So, I took it in on a Friday morning and dropped it off. The guy said there was an outside chance they'd have the work completed that day, but by tomorrow at the latest. So the next day I call up to check on the status of they service. A guy named Adam answers the phone and I ask him if my lawn mower is ready for pickup. He says it will be another week or 2. I told him that 2 other people told me it would be about a day. He says he can't help me and that I need to just come and pick the lawn mower up. No apology of any kind...instead just a waste of an hour to drop it off and an hour to pick it up.



I will never use this company again.
