They were able to get some old rusted sink faucets off quickly and without breaking the porcelain sink! They even came in cheaper than a competitor and they had next day service.

Called to schedule an appointment staff was very helpful; dispatch called the day of the appointment, was very courteous was able to get me an earlier time. Ruben came out was very helpful, explained to my dad who is 76 what repairs and unblocking of the pipe that needed to occur.
The problem was resolved, and Ruben gave my dad a great explanation of what was done. Great job, great service overall.

On Saturday Jesse (0564) came out to diagnose and unclog our pipes. We had water backing up into other sinks and coming out ceiling downstairs He snaked the lines and got the water flowing in the pipes again. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

I called them around 10:30 - 11:00am. Rich was out there before 1:00pm. He explained what he was going to do, and what the cost will be. Got his job done promptly and did a video scope of what my problem was. Overall he was VERY professional.

Because my problem is going to require a major repair, the was there as well, and both of them spent the time to make sure what is going to need to be done and provided a complete estimate of the work. And yes because of my experience with them today, and in the past, they are going to be doing my repair work. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Simba (4111) came to our home on Sunday and what I can say is he is professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He corrected our issues with slow draining sinks in a short amount of time. If I could give him 10 stars I would, he made our family very pleased with Roto-Rooter and if we ever have issues again, we will specifically ask for Simba.

I had a good experience with Greg. He was good at explaining my issue with bathroom sink that was clogged.

This morning i had a technician named Jesse come out to clear a kitchen sink that was clogged. He was very professional, courteous and overall great attitude. Within 20 mins from arrival, Jesse had my line cleared, cleaned up and ready to use. It's nice to have an individual such as Jesse working for a great company!!! Mahalo

They came out right away, even with a 4 hour window. Scott was very knowledgeable and personable. He did the job quickly and explained everything.

We had our sewer back up. It could have been a huge disaster, but we called Roto-Rooter and they took care of it. What amazed me was how quickly they arrived. The two men who came were courteous and got the job done quickly. The price was higher than I expected, but our coupon helped a lot with that. If it ever happens again, we will call Roto-Rooter.

It was great service. Quick solution when I was panicking. The customer service was really great also.

Today we had a restroom emergency today and with only one in the house it quickly became an issue. We called Roto-Rooter because it was the first plumbing agency to pop up but we couldn't be happier to have received service from them. Fernando Prieto assisted us today and he was incredible. He answered all my husband's questions and showed a level of expertise that I haven't seen in a while. My husband has already left a review for Mr. Prieto but we both felt that he deserved two reviews showing how amazing he was. We will always call Roto-Rooter for any future plumbing needs and we most likely request Mr. Prieto as our plumber because people like him are rare and we are truly grateful.

Frank was the technician who came to my "rescue" this afternoon. I had slow drains and grunge was backing up in the shower. I told him that I had a feeling my drain field was failing and the septic tank had filled up even though it had been pumped just a year ago. He checked the tank and sure enough, that was the problem. He was very kind even though there was nothing he could do to fix the problem.

You want honesty? First off my appointment was scheduled for Wednesday evening. They called me and cancelled my appointment due to no technician available. They ask me if I would like for them to come out the next morning, Thursday between 8am an 9am? I said yes please because I had a plugged up toilet. So 8:30am rolls round the next day and I call dispatch to see where they are. Dispatch has no notes that they were suppose to be out to my place this morning! So they finally show up at 10am and in the process of unclogging my toilet the technician breaks a plaster Paris fish my wife hand made in Mexico when we were on vacation a few years back.

I had a really good experience when i called Roto-Rooter. Staff was very professional and helped me in the timely manner. Technician named Ruben came on time and fix all my plumbing issues. I highly recommend him to everyone!

I tried to fix my clogged dishwasher myself and made a total mess. RotoRooter was out within an hour to help. Drew was fantastic, professional, friendly, patient with my barking dogs and actually saved me a lot of headache because guess what..The clog WASN’T my dishwasher!! It was the air gap! He fixed it quickly, offered great advice for another issue and I look forward to working with RotoRooter again for all my future projects.

Roto-Rooter sent a technician, Tim, to our house to look into excess water usage. He did a home walkthrough and an external walk around. He presented me with a course of action after performing an initial water isolation. He answered my questions and provided a path forward.

Cliff was efficient and effective! My sink was filling up with water and I was due to leave for a trip; rotorooter got someone there in about an hour.

I engaged roto rooter for clearing up the bath tub block that was causing water to be clogged. I got immediate appointment on a Saturday and they called half an hour before reaching home. Upon arrival, he inspected the situation and quickly knew what needed to be done. He got the equipment and cleared the block within half an hour. After he was done, he cleaned up the tub as well. I liked his professionalism and immediate response. They had a flat rate of 430$ but an online coupon will save you 40$.
