If you are looking for (as I was) an authentic dish called "APOLLO-FISH" made in Hyderabadi style, look no further. Ruchi has it. As a fastidious connoisseur of fine cuisine and varietal wines, I will say that APOLLO-FISH at Ruchi is cooked up to the old-worlds specifications: tender, boneless, freshly friednot too greasy or spicy. Ask for APOLLO-FISH by name. Mr Gopi will carve and create one for you. As regards the wine, I recommend a black wine variety: Pinot Noir (not sold in the Restaurant)!
