BE AWARE OF THEIR POLICIES BEFORE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THEY REFUND, EVEN IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY OR THEY DAMAGE YOUR HAIR.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

For the prices they charge, you would think you would be a happy customer and be able to get a decent customer service. The worst experience I have ever had! Basically “their company policy” is to 1) disrespect people’s time 2) be extremely rude to their customers 3) not being interested in trying to make the customer happy and 4) cheat my little brother off money that he earned to buy me a Christmas present.

Going to the salon should be enjoyable, instead I leave grumpy. I've tried the salon twice, and both times, the assistants have forgotten me in the lobby. Then, after I got to the stylist, they forgot to bring me tea after asking me what I wanted to drink. Then when I leave, they are so busy trying to sell me their products, I feel like I just left a car lot... decent cut, but I won't go back.
