This company is highly unprofessional and incompetent to manage any properties. When you hire them and pay for their services they assume that you have "no rights" to make any requests to them or ask any questions. They will ignore your requests or tell you your requests can't be acted on and they will continue to waste your money and increase your management and homeowner fees.

They do not have the expertise to hire or acquire quality services that your property may need for maintenance.
After some time under their property management your property will deteriorate significantly.

These people are a bunch of jokes. For months they sent my mail to the wrong address and then started tacking on late fee after late fee due to THEIR MISTAKE. After repeated attempts to reconcile their error, they kept telling me that the problem was mine because they "had communicated the fee." Apparently they want people to also be telepathic to use their services. Terrible company with awful customer service.

I've lived at the Sammamish Ridge residential property for 6 months and am looking forward to the day I move out. Rent due on the 1st, check still not cashed on the 9th and was told that there is a chance it wouldn't be for potentially 1-2 weeks. Um, what? I called both my residential office and the Suhrco accountant. They blame 'new ownership' of my property and they are just waiting for the new bank account to be opened. I find it very amatuer to acquire a business that accepts money without first opening an account to do so. I shouldn't be forced to always have to subtract my rent amount when viewing my bank statement until potentially the 20th of a month. I don't normally write reviews but this is the culmination of many small, but acute problems (in only 6 months) and I've finally boiled over. I would never recommend Sammamish Ridge or the Suhrco property management company to anyone.

This apartment community violates Landlord Tenant Acts and the current manager is rude, and displays behhavior to residents that is offensive and demeaning.

MY HOA uses this company for our property management, if you have a choice, dont use them. I have had a few issues which I have brought to the Suhrco's attention and it has been years without resolution. I have now contacted the District Legilature for my area for help.
