Run, don't sign a contract, don't buy a phone, don't think twice. Run from this business.



This company suspended our service after taking payment from our bank account three times in one month. Can only get it reinstated by paying them a fourth time. Thankfully their stupidity has voided our contract. At this point any other carrier would be an improvement.

I purchased one of their phones not two days ago and have not been able to use the MP3 player that was stressed to me for the purchase. The store where purchased is 30 mi away, yet they have stores within 2 mi of me and T-Mobile will not allow me to echange it at a closer location.
