I recently went to this store to find a child's Halloween costume. Unlike in years past, all of the costumes were out of the bags and hanging up. There was no information as to what was located where making it very difficult to find what you are looking for. When I asked a woman if she worked there, she hesitated to yes, but finally did. She was unable to help me locate what I was looking for, but went to the front desk to see if they had the item in the store. The computer said the item was in the store. A second woman then said "if it's here it would be in the store!" I asked if she had any recommendations as to where I should look, because it was very difficult to navigate the mess they had going on and she replied "Believe me, I know, but nobody has complained yet!" (in a very rude manner). I responded by saying consider me the first to complain and surely not the last!
