I think the doctor is good as are the older staff members. Just don't have an emergency on Friday Afternoon as the younger girl who answers the phone doesn't care nor does she relay messages. As much $$ as a patient spends it's wrong for them to have to go to the ER for treatment when "Tylenol and warm rinses" aren't enough.

Dr. Wong and his staff are friendly, caring and most importantly professional and current on the most up to date orthodotic treatments. If you are in the Bellevue area, I would highly recommend this office. I drive from Sammamish because it's well worth it. My mom decided to get braces at the age of 60 and agrees that it's a terrific office even for someone her age.

Dr. Wong has a great ability to relate to his patients needs and concerns. He does this in a very caring and respectful manner. When my daughter had an emergency on a Saturday night, he called me right back and put my mind at ease. I wouldn't take my children anywhere else!
