Not very professional people, Very "Proud technicians" treat customers like they are stupid, and dont want to deal with any upset customers (arrogant). Had a complete unit installed 4yrs ago, and died the very next year, had my 4 ton break down every year for the last 4 years, had to purchase extended warranty to cover myself for next year. Also they leave all warranty service calls in the back burner til summers over, but by that time it doesn't matter if it gets fixed or not, the seasons over, it might not get used til the next summer. I always have to Hire another company to diagnose the problems, because GC heating keeps saying that its normal & 80+degrees is the lowest the AC will output in my long beach area. It was a good deal for the complete system w/ install but I regret the quality of unit and service that I got. I wish I could have bought from someone else.

They fixed our air conditioning unit and I would ask them to come back for anything else I need fixed. They are definitely a good company in my book. They changed out some parts and did some major work to save me from having to buy a new unit. I am very pleased, and they did a great job. I recommended them to 2 of my neighbors. Everyone has been happy with them and their rates.

I had GC Heating & Cooling installed my a/c and heater. We were very satisfied with their work. They did everything in one day! very clean and at affordable price. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
