We were told that to get the apartment here, the three of us had to make the amount of twice the rent (1555) and we did. Only suspiciously after we got there and paid them 105 for the three of our applications. We suddenly didn't make enough. The landlord kept our 105 even though we were told differently before we arrived at the office. She stole our money and even if this doesn't make a difference, I will tell everyone I run it to about this shady place. I'll send bad review, after bad review.



I only hope this helps some poor unsuspecting person from making the same mistake. Because they are devious.

I love the place, even thou it is an older building, it's maintained, beautiful landscaping, nice amenities, and they upgrade the apartments with new carpeting, flooring, ceiling fans, stainless steel sinks with new kitchen faucets and lighting fixtures. It's gated with assigned carport parking. Their are 2 laundry rooms onsite, a sparkling pool, and a nice sundeck with BBQ addition for entertaining guests and family. They are pet friendly with the small ones. The manager is absolutely wonderful and always responds on a timely basis to any repairs that are needed. The place always looks neat, clean and litter free. The other residents here are great too! I heard that this manager is going to be holding some resident events that I'm looking forward to. The apartments are spacious and have the best vanity counter space you could want. I have no complaints, only compliments.
