The owner (Jose) gives great service. The first time I visited for a quote, his staff was busy pulling an engine from a late model Nissan, and I noticed how clean and organized they were. I had complete 90,000 mile service on both my cars (Lexus). He negotiated a better price for doing both. He really won me over when I got a photo texted to me, followed by a call. The photo showed early signs of a water pump problem. He quoted about $100 to replace now, and warned me that fixing it later would cost about 4X because he was already doing the timing belt. That's what I expect from a good mechanic ... anticipating problems. I later saw the old water pump, and the shaft seal was partially deteriorated.
