I have lived in a rented condo unit for the last two years managed by Access. The staff has been wonderful! They have always been very professional and very responsive to any of my inquiries or needs.



Top notch!

The owner of this company, Rachel Long, is not only unprofessional but a waste of money. She has not tended to the issues in our condo building and has hung up on both my Husband and myself when calling her on the phone because we are merely "tenants" not "owners" in the building. I have a condo in Seattle and have dealt with a professional management company, Northwest Property Management and KNOW what professionalism in this industry in, something Access is certainly not capable of. This company has not responded to our complaints on parking or other ongoing issues made by other owners. They do not make weekly grounds walk arounds as stated in their contract, are hard to get ahold of, and do not follow thru.
