Seems more like high skilled technicians than plain arborists. Very friendly and efficient. Worked with me on tree removal and also discussed how we could keep my favorite cedar alive and healthy over completely removing it. Great job, and definitely would hire again!

I hired great northern to remove some hazard trees. They were all very nice and seemed very skilled. They were very gracious and thankful for the work and for the lunch I felt compelled to make them after seeing how hard of workers they were. I would absolutely hire them again for any tree services I could have

I had a wonderful experience with Mr Deacon and all the folks at Great Northern Tree Service. Professional and timely. I have since recommended him to my family and friends!

My experience: Not trustworthy, aggressive attitude, un-business like behavior, didn't complete work according to his accepted bid. Have pictures.

John Duncan gave an estimate & said he would complete his bid in 1 day on Oct 23, 2014.

John took 3 separate days to "complete" his work in an unsatisfactory manner. Unprofessional, angry, aggressive attitude; 1 day no show/no call; worked on other jobs while my job was postponed 2xs, the last day it being dark/dusk when he left. Took pictures of debris/mess he left. He never said thank you for your business, thank you for the cupcakes and cookies you baked for me; he just left showing a bad attitude.

I am a disabled senior citizen. I paid in full and was happy to see him leave.
