I had experienced colon hydrothearpy in my early twenties and thought it was effective. Now, in my late thirties, I wanted to gain control of some diet and stress-related immune complications, so I began going to Internal Harmony. I have since had a bout 10-20 colon hydrotherapy sessions as well as changed my diet. I feel energetic and youthful and I can finally think clearly and quickly -without coffee! Thanks Shannon!
