It’s hard to put into words the emotions I feel about having met Dr. Hargreaves. It’s only been about a month since he agreed to take on my jacked up spine, but already his expertise has been life-changing for me. As I approach my 50th year my old sports injuries combined with scoliosis have made pain and discomfort a daily issue for decades now. I’ve been seeing various other chiropractors in the area, and while they’ve all been cheerful and somewhat helpful in alleviating some of the discomfort, no one has been able to help correct some of the issues. Until now, chiropractic has been more of a bandaid to my ever-deteriorating spine. But Dr. Hargreaves is different from everyone else. He uses modalities and a way of thinking that no one else I’ve found can or will do. What has changed for me in the last month feels nothing short of miraculous.

Dr. Hargreaves is methodical, data-driven, scientific in his approach, and has definitely found a way to get the most improvement for his patients. His machine-delivered adjustments are gentle and even good-feeling, and I can hardly believe the improvement in how I feel, move, sleep and think. We’re very early on in the process of retraining my body to function more properly, but I’m flabbergasted by how much better I feel already. Because things are in better alignment than they’ve ever been in my adult life I’m stronger and have way more energy. I’ve been a machine in the garden, my bowling game improves weekly and I sleep like a baby.

As he always says, if you have a “winning spirit” and are willing to follow his custom-built prescription, even if you’ve got some major issues, Dr. Hargreaves can help you life a better life. I’m still incredulous that my body feels this good, and I know we’ve only scratched the surface! I genuinely look forward to spending time in his office, working on my improved health and well-being, soaking up his cheerful attitude and encouragement.
