I was really hoping they had turned things around but for the most part they have not. The women coaches sit on their bums and text, gossip, and yell across the gym at their athletes from the desk. This is in contrast to the male coaches who are always with their athletes coaching and fine tuning their skills. I am watching right now as two coaches sit at the desk as their students do drills and the third is with her athletes with her head down on her phone. This is a snapshot of the hour I am here once a week but I would be shocked if it was significantly different at other times.

North Coast Gymnastics Academy has just finished their first year under the new ownership of Teresa and Jamie. They have done a fantastic job withthe gym. It is virtually a new gym! And the coaching staff is the BEST! Keep up the great work!
