Well Monica honestly I genuinely hope you never come back to the states. Americans are rude just as well as Canadians, besides you think we like all of you coming down here causing traffic and crowding all of north bellingham? Get your own freaking gas and milk and shop at a clothing store not as cheap as Ross next time..?!

I was visiting from canada at the lynden ross outlet yesterday and am not going back. Americans dont know how to keep comments to themselves in that store. They cant keep personal comments about thr way a customer looks to themselves. (saying i looked like a little child, im 24 and MARRIED) I found it very insulting the way she kept on about it. Also wanted to purchase an article of clothing that was MISSING a piece of it and an older lady employee there with glasses got all scarcatic and loudly said" well just give her a damn roll of ribbons then!" People who insult customers and than make a big stink because we ask for a small discount off an article of clothing because its MISSING a piece of it (idiots) make canadians not want to visit americans stores again. Sorry to say attitude I got made americans look bad. Also Ross stores do not reply to customer compaint emails about how theyre treated rudley!!!!

Will not go back and am making sure others don't bother going down there.
