I want to thank Alex Ransom for getting my MIP dismissed. It would have hurt my career to have that on my record! I'm a senior at WWU. My roomies threw a party and I chilled upstairs. The party was BUSTED HARD by police . . . like a raid or something . . . and they got in the house and knocked on my door. We all got charged with MIP even though I had no alcohol and I wasn't drunk. I really needed the case dismissed. Alex has a good dismissal record so I chose him. Bad bad situation . . . and dismissed by the prosecution! Thanks again, Alex!!!

I'm SO HAPPY I hired attorney Ransom. He totally made a good outcome from a bad night. I was charged with Refusing a breath test on a DUI. It was really stupid . . . the cop was really rude and unfair . . . I got the short end of the stick. He didn't know I had medical conditions affecting me. The state prosecutor wasn't cool. I've got no criminal history. You'd think I'd get a deal! But no, he was mad at ME that the officer put a bunch of BS in the report.Alex was awesome. He somehow fanagled the case into the hands of a different prosecutor and a different judge. The new prosecutor worked with us much better. My case got reduced to Reckless Driving. Still a crime but NOT a DUI! Alex also got electronic home monitoring and not jail. This was importnant because I run my own business.Althought he case got continued longer than I wanted, the end result was worth it. Alex will fight for you, and proved it in my case.

I hired Alex Ransom at Tario law firm. The cops got me for assaulting my girlfriend. It wasn't pretty! She called 911 even though she was drunk and crazy and arguing with ME. She got on the phone with them right in front of me! I didn't stop her. But they arrested me anyway. Problem was, there were other times she called them about us. So I guess they HAD to arrest me this time. I knew I needed a lawyer.Alex did great. He knew the prosecutor from other cases they worked. My girlfriend came forward and said she didn't want me in trouble (I could lose my job). We also showed some other stuff . . . no need to talk about it . . . but Alex did great! He got the case DISMISSED! You won't be disappointed. Hire him if you're in trouble. BTW, the staff is friendly.

So happy I hired the lawyers at Tario Associates. Once, I argued with my family in my own home. My daughter's finace got in my face. He try stop me from talking to my daughter. I told him sit down. I said other things. It was not nice. They called police and I got arrested. The Prosecutor went after me many charges of Harassment and many charges of Assault. Some were felonys. This was very bad. I am from Russia! I could get deported!!! Alex Ransom took my case. Alex and his assistant were always very nice to me. Alex talked to immigration attorney and the prosecutor about my situation. He explained everything. They made a very good deal. The felonies were dismissed. The assaults were not dv. All jail was made into work release. I could work. I am not deported. A previous employer pressed charges for theft and trafficking stolen property even thought during a disciplinary hearing I showed them compelling evidence that the material in question belonged to me. I was shocked after this meeting to learn I was terminated after a long distinguished career that had no previous discipline, and then when the court letter outlining the charges arrived in my mail two weeks later I was absolutely dismayed. This nightmare started when my supervisor obtained my private sale records illegally, took them to management, and then their security division got a search warrant. During their internal investigation, the individual who gave me the material told the investigating officer the material was not stolen. This statement was withheld. The investigating officer (public entity -not a municipality) also refused to take a favorable statement from a witness who came forward and withheld additional witness interviews that supported my innocence from the official report, from the HR personnel and eventually the prosecutor. Alex took my case and felt I had a strong defense. I am sure he hears a lot of clients say they did not so something, but as a client is good to hear you are believed. After several trail delays, Alex was able to obtain an EOC report from this employer that seriously put into question my previous supervisor’s ethical behavior and leadership. Alex also obtained statements from all of the prosecutor’s witnesses which supported and confirmed I had committed no dishonest acts. He also gained the key statement that the items were given to me, did not belong to my employer, was not considered stolen and that this statement was given to the investigating officer. Given the unfavorable business records of my past supervisor outlined by the employer’s EOC report and the prosecutor’s witnesses only having positive things to say about me, Alex was able to get the prosecutor to agree to a full dismissal. Even if the charges were not dropped a few days before trial, I have the full confidence I would have been exonerated by a jury of my peers once Alex had the opportunity to enlighten them. I don’t think I will ever need council for legal defense again in my lifetime, but if I did - I would not hesitate to hire Alex again. I now look forward to working with his law firm and turning the tables and going forward with my own litigation for what this employer did to me.

Years ago, I was charged with felony Theft Second Degree. I didn't show up to court and moved to California. My job discovered the felony and wanted me to handle it ASAP. I hired Tario law firm and worked with defense lawyer Alex Ransom to put my case to bed one way or another. It was a good decision. Ransom quashed the warrant for my arrest. I signed special "extradition" papers and promised to appear at all upcoming dates. I didn't have to post bail or anything! After returned to California, Ransom worked on my case by contacting the witnesses and interviewing the victim. Although they still lived here, Alex moved to "Plan B" and negotiated the case with the prosecutor. We made arrangements for me to plead to a lesser charge. I would serve only 15 days jail and pay low fines. I'm glad Mr. Ransom worked my case. Although it wasn't dismissed, the reduction was good. I only showed up for court two times. They helped save my job!

I was pulled over for making a wide turn around the Lakeway area. I refused field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI. Tario and Associates ( I worked w/ attorney Alex Ransom) got me a great result! Mr. Ransom was able to get my case dismissed avoiding trial. My job depended on a positive result and I am happy to say that Tario and Associates delivered.

The cops pulled me over for Reckless Driving. They thought I took a street corner too aggressively. Totally bogus. The prosecutor wanted me to plead guilty straight up because of mydriving record. I hired Tario & Associates. They took the case to trial and did GREAT! Attorney Ransom showed the jury that the Pprosecutor couldn't prove anyone was in danger. There were no pedestrians in the sidewalk. I wasn't speeding. I was in control. No drifting. The jury took a while, but they came back NOT GUILTY!! Hire these guys, they go to bat!!!

I hired Tario & Associates on charges that I violated a no-contact order. My (now) ex-wife made up a story that I was stalking her. She called police and said I was driving by her home. It never happened. She was lying! Eventually, the prosecutor dismissed the case because we threatened to go to trial. I think we would've won. They must've thought the same thing because they dismissed the case 1 day before trial! It was stressing, but lawyer Alex Ransom did good. He interviewed my ex wife before trial was supposed to happen and discovered they had no witnesses, no pictures, and basically had NO PROOF. It was her word against mine. Thank God I hired attorneys who aren't afraid to go to trial!

At first I thought I was going to get a solid effort. Instead I got an attorney who did not show up for the case, just a letter to the court. This did not attain the results expected. Then the resolution letter from Mr. Ransom did not even describe tha original case accurately and did not have the correct fine amount. A call to the office to discuss this basically got a reply of "Oh well, that's too bad". No effort was made to help me was made once the case was closed.
