Look elsewhere!! Look at all the negative responses about the terrible customer service!! If you are a parent and have college kids looking at renting from APEX- DON'T! The APEX owner is horrible, the manager is the worst. Or anyone don't rent from them....Our kids rented a place as they are attending WWU, they put on the application 3-cars, but when they got the rental agreement back and keys, APEX wrote on there only 2-parking passes. The girls talked them and they said they could work it out, otherwise they would have rented another place closer to campus that had parking for 3-cars, some have spots for 4!. Knowing that the girls listed 3-cars you would think APEX would have taken the time and had a conversation to tell them there is no parking for the 3rd car, (they are 18) but their response is, they signed the lease it's not our problem!! Yes they signed the lease, but as a business you know this will be an issue wouldn't you want to handle it up front instead of fining college students and making this more stressful than it should be??They talked to the property owner and he gave them permission to park in the gravel lot (at the end of the parking lot), Now APEX is saying they make the rules and they can't park in the gravel lot and fined them $45. The surrounding area is very dark with trees and shrubs, so as a parent I do not want my girls walking down the road in the dark...Again APEX does not care. We talked to another renter and they had to hire an attorney to deal with APEX.They say in their rental agreement: "Where parking is limited or by permit only, guest and/or visitors are required to use off-site parking)...funny there is no off-site parking?? Again Look elsewhere!!

They really offer a great selection of clean and well taken care of homes. I shopped around and looked at quite a few places and it seemed like Apex had the best looking places to choose from.

We had put some beans down our drain and figured it could handle it. The drain started running slow and we had to have maintenance come out. It turned out there was a spoon dropped in the drain from a previous tenant. It resulted in an annoying sink that got so bad we had to finally call maintenance. Had we called when we first noticed a problem instead of months later we probably wouldnt have been charged.

Our disposal and sink have always operated very poorly. Finally we had to call to have it serviced by maintenance. We were half way into our lease and feel that it is unfair we were charged a $35.00 maintenance charge, since this has been a problem since we moved in, it was clearly a problem from the previous tenants.

Their response time and attention to detail after my water leak was just great. They were on top of the situation in no time and had the leak repaired before long.

In the few times I have dealt with them they have been nice and helpful. They answered all the questions I had and explained things well to me. The rental they helped me find is very nice and its been good so far.

Take time to study who the reviews are from! Most of these reviews are fake to boost their rating. Horrible company that should not be allowed to do business with anyone.

I have been with Apex for three years and have had excellent service and great experiences throughout. In person, the people are upbeat, helpful, and provide a positive atmosphere to do business in. We had some issues with our heat and our pipes during the winter but the staff was very helpful and worked hard to get us taken care of before we had to leave for break. This was during a busy time for that type of maintenance. It is obvious that the staff at Apex put in a lot of effort to ensure their tenants have a positive experience, especially when issues arise. I pay my rent on time each month, and only call when necessary, in return they give great service.

My daughter and I were looking at and scheduled appointments to see 4 different properties on campus. The leasing agent was very nice and I was grateful for all the time they took to answer my questions.We ended up renting from these folks and put in the application the same day.

I like these folks a bunch. they always are friendly. Maintenance issues are taken care of fast and the lady that processes the applications is very nice as well. Id rent from you guys again.

When I went to Apex looking for a new place they were very helpful. They showed me pictures and info on each property available and even went over the lease with me in person. I definitely recommend them.

This management company was very nice to work with as they helped me to find a unit. They even spent a half hour on the phone with me so I could find the right place.

We recently purchased a new home and will be leaving our beautiful Apex rental. We have been here for 2 years and would otherwise stay in the home. They have been good to us for a long time and take care of maintenence requests quickly.

I have had a great experience with this company. I currently rent from them and they have always taken care of any issues I have. When I downsize next year I will definitely move into another Apex property. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. They are a great group of people.

I definitely agree that their terms are not very agreeable with tenants. They are able to fee you for just about everything and they will. I understand the need to protect investments, but I really think they have taken it to a point where I felt disrespected and disregarded as a person. I'm a good tenant and very clean and yet I still felt like an animal with a dollar sign painted on my back.

Apex was by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. You will never see your deposit back, and the fees charged are enormous. Horrible company and very unethical. Avoid them at all costs.

very rude and unprofessional think they can treat college students like shit. when i moved into my apartment it wasnt clean their were clogged drains and dirty floors. also it took them three months to finally fix everything in the apartment. Dont rent from apex!
