I bought a few items from the bakery and was sadly disappointed. The hotdog rolls reminded me of cornbread (slightly sweet and grainy in texture.) It was too sweet and grainy to eat with a hotdog. The bagels also had a cornbread sweetness and grainy texture. The bagels were not as sweet as the hotdog rolls. The donut I tried was better than the frozen ones I buy. The donut was $3 for one so I do not think I will try them again

Outstanding food if you're gluten free or not. The pizza and the pastries are my favorite. I have had the dinner specials a few times too, and it's outstanding. I know how hard it is to stay consistent in the gluten free world but this place does it at a high level. It shows such dedication by the owner to eliminate cross contamination by only serving gluten free and i wanted to say thanks, keep up the good work.

This Bakery/Restaurant is absolutely my favorite GF place I have every been to. Myself, my daughter and 2 of my friends have crohns disease, we have been suffering for years. It's about time someone opened a place like Bare naked. Not only is it a bakery, but the food is absolutely amazing. I have been to many GF bakeries in Manhattan, and none of them come close to the quality, freshness and cleanliness of Bare Naked. The owner and all the employee's are extremely friendly and helpful. For the end of the year party at my daughter's school (she is in 4th grade) I brought cupcakes from Bare Naked and the kids and parents loved them. Keep in mind the only child out of 22 kids that has crohns disease is my daugher, but yet all the kids loved the cupcakes I went back to grab some business cards to hand out to the parents, (and of course get some more goodies) I highly recommend this place to anyone even if you don't have crohns disease, keep up the good work

Bare Naked isnt an exceptional bakery because they have a 100% dedicated gluten and nut free facility or because they have some of the most wonderful baked goods anywhere or even because they have weekend dinner specials ranging from Chinese to Mexican to Italian. Theyre exceptional because they care. Customer satisfaction is the number one priority and is the palpable force behind their business model. From organizing BNTAC, a Celiac support group on Thursday evenings to lowering prices when local vendors were found for various ingredients, Bare Naked aims to give those intolerant or sensitive to gluten an affordable culinary safe haven along with some seriously awesome food. Baked goods are as close to real food as you could possibly get, particularly the breads, bagels and muffins. There may be a longer wait time for orders than usual, but the food is well worth it. So if youre a Celiac, gluten sensitive, or just want to try something new, pop in for some yum for the tum.

My family has been gluten free for 2 1/2 years now. Like most other GF families, we've found eating out to be stressful and scary since our daughter's celiac diagnosis. But...that has all changed now that Bare Naked Bakery has come to town. My gosh, it is such a pleasure to dine in a gluten-free dedicated restaurant! Gone are the strange stares from wait staff when I say we are gluten free. And what's more important is I don't have to worry about cross contamination or whether or not the chef at a restaurant really knows what foods have hidden forms of gluten. Bare Naked Bakery has foods that our whole family enjoys. Whether it's paninis, bagels, pizza, scooter pies, or brownies...everything we've tried has been fantastic. While the food is not overly cheap, it is certainly competitively priced as far as gluten free foods go and unlike a lot of gluten free food, everything Bare Naked sells is delicious.

I have been going to the bakery for about three months. The caf is really pretty inside and outside. Parking is very convenient. The baked goods are delicious. A very good variety of different cakes and cookies each week. I buy the cake mixes and they are great. I like the pizza bagels too! I like the fact when I go into the bakery, there is no possible cross contamination. I never thought I would have the opportunity to eat all the goodies I love again. I have nothing but good things to say about Bare Naked Bakery. Everything is delicious. I would recommend everyone that has gluten sensitivity to go and enjoy the idea of going into a bakery and able to pick out anything that they desire!!!!!!

Finally, a bakery/cafe dedicated to gluten free bakery. My daughter (who has Celiacs Disease) loves the pizza, chicken rolls, calzones and chocolate chip muffin mix best!. Weekly specials change. This week's availability of Irish Soda Bread made my daughter very happy

The best consistenly gluten free food I have found. Cross contamination is a huge issue with Celiac Disease and Bare Naked Bakery does the best job keeping it all gluten free. The food is tasty. My 5 yr old gluten free daugher and I both enjoy eating here.

Bare Naked Bakery & Cafe has the largest assortment of fresh GF baked goods around. Muffins, cookies, cupcakes, bagels all in the same place! Add cakes, Paninis that taste like real food (try the grilled cheese Panini--so good!) and frozen entrees with roll and salad and you have the best GF eatery around!! And guess what? They even have a black and white cookie that tastes like a real black and white cookie! They also have GF club that meets there once a week.

Freshly baked bagels, breads, muffins, cookies cupcakes that are incredibly delicious! The pizza is as good as any pizzeria and the Irish soda bread I purchased today was soft and moist loaded with raisins and a tribute to the Irish! The cafe is bright and clean and inviting. The staff is cheerful and very helpful. I am thrilled to have found Bare Naked Bakery & Cafe and highly recommend it.
