Do not waste your money!!! Horrible the owner Greg Fariello is extremely unprofessional !!!! I had three kitchen windows installed ln April 2016. They did not put silicone around neither one of the three windows. I have a huge draft coming through all three windows.
I also did my roof they did not install the roof correctly. The roof has no ventilation. They will also 2 months late from when the job was supposed to be done. The owner is extremely unprofessional all he cares about is the money obviously.

DO NOT USE! We had windows and back door installed on 8/21/12. Minutes after Kenny (installer) left, the windows began dropping. After getting the runaround from Jim (owner) and Kenny about who should fix windows, we had to call the factory. The factory had to come out twice in the one week to adjust the same windows. Our back door was poorly installed. There were scratches and holes on screen and door. Once again , after we called Empire and got the runaround from both Jim and Kenny, Jim ends up saying the damage was done by us and that he was washing his hands of us. After emailing damage pics to Jim, he insisted he did not see anything. We asked him to come to the house in which he threatened us by texting "The last thing you want if for me to come there." And as of 9/9/12 our screen door is now ripping off the frame! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY! The time, energy and money we wasted can never be returned. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
