If you want to pay an extremely large amount of money to have your house look worse than it did before the cleaning crew got there, then I suggest calling this company. If you want a professional cleaning, then keep searching because this is not the place for you. I called them to clean my house and it was a disaster! The entire house was left dirtier than it was before they got there. They were rude, sloppy and completely unprofessional and when I called to complain they offered me nothing in return. Nothing for leaving dust everywhere, windows that were worse than before they got there and on top of that, chips in moldings and closet systems, which they did not offer to repair or apologize for damaging. Please keep this place off your list, it will be the best decision you make!

I hired Miracle Maids to clean my home on August 1, 2008. I had a coupon from the phone book for a 2 hour cleaning for new customers at $100. I thought this was going to be a great deal so I set up a 1p.m. to 3 p.m. cleaning. The 2 women arrived at 1 p.m. and did a great job my home was cleaned and smelt great. I approved their work paid them what was owed and gave the coupon plus a $30 tip. The women then called their office to inform them they had been paid and we leaving my home. I was happy and thought about using their service again, then I got a bill for $18.00 in the mail. I replied the bill had been paid to the maids the day of the service. I received another bill stating they did receive the monies I gave to the maids,but there was still an outstanding balance for $18.00. My wife contacted the Miracle Maids office and asked why we owed $18.00? They replied it was part of the payment for the original cleaning. My wife then asked why would the maids accept a partial payment when the services were rendered and when they called the office to inform them the were paid in full why were we not contacted before they left our home for the $18.00 to which the office had no explanation. My wife stated the coupon that used was for a 2 hour cleaning for new customers for $100. The response from Miracle Maids was that we read the coupon wrong but they did agree that the wording of their coupon was tricky and easily misinterpreted and that they have had complaints about the coupon in the past, but they refused to waive the $18.00. I have since paid the $18.00 fee in order to avoid any collections but I do not and will not use their services. S. Kelly Wantagh, N.Y.
