The Pinewood Christian Academy, also known as PCA, offers a range of educational opportunities to students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The private, Christian, nondenominational academy serves more than 680 students in Bryan, Bulloch, Candler, Chatham, Effingham, Evans, Liberty, Screven, Tattnall and Wayne counties in Georgia. Its curriculum includes math, Bible study, physical education, music, art and computer applications. The Pinewood Christian Academy provides the Pinewood Reader Program and a variety of athletic activities, such as softball, basketball, football, cheerleading, tennis, golf, and track and field. The academy maintains a library and learning support center, as well as offers transportation and guidance counseling services. Its campus features a cafeteria, conference room, computer laboratory, tennis courts and athletic fields.
