I received a call from Sara today indicating that my furniture would not be here until some time in April. I was upset in that she gave me incorrect information when I was purchasing my furniture. In discussing the matter with her, she becomes rude and cuts me off while I am speaking. I brought it to her attention and she claims I am upset and she does not deserve to have to listen to an upset customer. Never once did I raise my voice or speak in a demeaning tone to her. I requested to speak with the manager and she said he was in a meeting, but would pass on the message to him. I advised her no need to pass it on because I will be coming in the store to speak with him directly. I further advised her that I would be contacting their corporate office and her response was "Fantastic"...If I could cancel my order I surely would!!! If you go to Wolf Furniture in Harrisburg, PA on Lindle Road, DO NOT GO TO SARA CLAPPER!!
