Provided by SuperpagesWe have had Metrocast for years now, our home line is lousy, sounds terrible. Our internet drops while in the middle of things and when I try to restart its extremely slow and I don't get the things I was trying to print at the time it dropped (i.e. Coupons) because it says it already printed. Customer service is terrible with the exception of 1 lady I talked to in 11/15. The only reason they deserve 1 star is because their technicians are very nice and helpful! Also the cable frequently has digital breakdown like a bunch of little squares on the screen.

Provided by SuperpagesI have called several times with issues as I will be on-line and lose my internet and have to begin all over (on the Metrocast e-mail). I also have issues with my TV losing signal. Help I have been told sooo... many different things and none have resolved my issues. Anyone else able to give me ideas on how to resolve the issues???? I have been told the signal is not good, I don't have enough electricity to operate the Modem??? That was a good one.

Provided by Superpagesit was great until they took away the Major leage Baseball Channel away best channel they nad. But now have to rely on computer and xm radio the rprice we have to pay for living away from civilization. my loss too bad the internet is not connected to WIFI

Provided by SuperpagesI have had Metrocast Cable, TV & Phone now for over 5 years. The service is great! Adam Brown is usually the technician I will see and he is very thorough. Of course I haven't had to see him in several years! Thank you for the phone recordings when there is unforeseen problems like thunder, etc., that creates problems, helps to know that the problems that do occur are being attended to. Looking forward to the new High speed modem!

Provided by Superpagesmy cable freezes up all the time. station after station continues to freeze and a statement comes up stating the channel is temperarily unavailable. I'm on my third cable box now because the previous cable boxes failed.
