I came in asking for an **ombré** styled hair dye, and Jenn Mears bleached my whole head blonde. Kind and smiling people, nice selection of products, but absolutely unsatisfactory at delivering hair color services from the stylist who did (really messed up) my hair. I don't like giving negative reviews, and this isn't to dis the whole business as this is not an account of every member of the shop, but it was a fairly horrible experience so I felt the need to not withhold this information from those who might inquire.

So, we called in and informed that manager what happened. She offered to have us come back and fix it. We returned, greeted kindly and even offered a beverage, and we communicated very well. She asked what I'd like, and she very thoroughly explained what she'd be doing and offered a lot of comfort in doing so. Very well matched color and tones to my natural hair color, and went back and re-colored my hair, and worked toward creating the original dye style we had originally anticipated. Kasey was very kind and helpful and informative, she did a beautiful job on fixing and creating a style for my hair. Very happy with how it turned out! It was a bit of a process, but the business, Posh, has overall been a professional, high standard, kind and talented establishment.
